We require dogs to be up to date on their Rabies, Distemper and Bordatella vaccines. In addition, dogs need to be on a heartworm and flea/tick preventative. In order to attend, puppies must have the complete round of puppy shots, including rabies, which usually happens around four months.
Dogs must be neutered or spayed by the time they are 10 months old in order to board or attend daycare. If your dog is under 10 months but goes into heat, they will need to stay home until they have completed the full heat cycle.
Yes! In fact for boarding, we schedule an overnight stay prior to your first extended stay so your dog can be introduced to experiences they will run into during their boarding stay. They will play in the daycare, stay an overnight and meet some friends. We have found this helps your dog feel more confident and comfortable with our place so they can focus on having fun on their vacation.
The best way to reach us is on the phone (call or text) or via email. If your dog hasn’t stayed with us before, we’ll schedule a meeting with you and your dog to visit, meet other dogs and us. This ensures they are comfortable and social in our space. Then, we schedule an overnight stay. Once your dog experiences a successful overnight stay here, then we can book an extended stay. We have found this process helps both you and your dog feel comfortable faster.
Boarding dates are secured with a 50 percent non-refundable deposit.
